We started with a simple belief that real change happens at the intersection.

Re:Evolve Consulting grew from an unexpected moment of recognition. Claire and Andrea had worked together years earlier at Castleoak, then gone their separate ways — Claire into digital, connectivity and technology, Andrea into sustainability, housing and systems change. Two parallel paths, building deep expertise in very different worlds.

Then a project brought them back together. Working alongside each other again, something became clear: the challenges they were being asked to solve couldn't be answered by either discipline alone. The need for the intersection was obvious. And nobody was standing in it.

So we built Re:Evolve.

We are a Wales-based consultancy working with housing associations, universities and third sector organisations to create lasting change for the communities they serve. We work where digital innovation and place-based sustainability meet — because that is where the most important problems live, and where the most resilient solutions are found.

At the heart of everything we do is co-production. The people closest to a problem — residents, frontline workers, service users — are not consulted at the end. They help shape the solution from the beginning. That is how change becomes sustainable. That is how digital transformation actually sticks.
