About us

Re:Evolve Consulting. Where digital transformation meets place-based sustainability.

We started with a simple belief that real change happens at the intersection.

Re:Evolve Consulting grew from an unexpected moment of recognition. Claire and Andrea had worked together years earlier at a construction company, then gone their separate ways - Claire into digital, connectivity and technology, Andrea into sustainability, housing and systems change. Two parallel paths, building deep expertise in very different worlds.

Then a project brought them back together. Working alongside each other again, something became clear: the challenges they were being asked to solve couldn't be answered by either discipline alone. The need for the intersection was obvious and nobody was standing in it.

So we built Re:Evolve.

We are a Wales-based consultancy working with private sector clients, housing associations, universities and third sector organisations to create lasting change for the communities they serve. We work where digital innovation and place-based sustainability meet, because that is where the most important problems live, and where the most resilient solutions are found.

At the heart of everything we do is co-production. We know that the people closest to a problem are the stakeholders; customers, residents, frontline workers and service users are not just there to be consulted with at the end. They help shape the solution from the beginning. That is how change becomes sustainable. That is how digital transformation actually sticks.

    I shape projects that advance social sustainability and practical solutions for people, place and planet. Over two decades across public, private and third sectors, I’ve delivered work that balances environmental responsibility with social mobility and inclusion. I combine strategic sustainability expertise with a strengths-based approach to help organisations unlock potential, manage complexity and create lasting value.

    I centre people and communities in sustainable transformation, supporting charities, public bodies and businesses on regeneration, net-zero and social impact. I’ve helped housing associations embed social value in procurement, co-designed community net-zero initiatives, and coached SMEs to make sustainability routine — always focused on helping people thrive while building a better future.

    I shape digital transformation that delivers real-world impact by connecting people, organisations and technology in ways that matter. With nearly two decades spanning cyber security, IT managed and cloud services, and telecommunications, I bring both the technical depth and strategic vision to help organisations navigate an increasingly complex digital landscape.

    I combine a disruptor's instinct with a pragmatist's approach to challenge outdated thinking while delivering solutions that work. As a qualified APMG Agile Project Manager, I help organisations move with confidence through change, embedding resilience and adaptability at every stage.

    At ReEvolve, I focus on harnessing disruptive technologies and AI-led digital transformation to unlock new possibilities - making the cutting edge accessible, practical and purposeful for the organisations we work with.

    I bring a marketer's eye to technology always starting with the human being on the other side. With a background in customer experience and communications, I design digital journeys that fit the way people actually think, feel and behave. Whether it's translating complex technology into clear narratives or ensuring new systems are built around users from the ground up, I believe the best tech is the kind people barely notice because it just works.
